Why We Start With a Consultation
Every face is different, so we never start with a needle. We start with a conversation. Your $25 consultation is where we look at your skin, your skin tone, and the shape of your face to make sure permanent makeup is the right fit for you, and to map out the shape and color that will actually suit you.
If you have had permanent makeup done somewhere else and need color correction, we talk through that and any added cost up front, with no surprises. When you decide to book your session, that $25 fee is applied to the deposit that holds your appointment.
The Services
Powder Brows
$575
If your brows have thinned over the years, never grew in full, or vanish without a pencil, this is where most clients start. Powder brows build soft density and definition for a fuller, crisper brow, and they are ideal if you have little to no brow hair or you just want a little more. The finish looks like a soft powdered brow, never a harsh line. Results last one to three years, and we recommend an initial touch up six to twelve weeks after your first appointment to perfect the shape and color.
What is the difference between microblading and powder brows?
These are the two main ways to get permanent brows, and they are not interchangeable. Which one suits you comes down to your skin, your existing brow hair, and the look you are after. Your artist will walk through all of it with you before anything touches your skin. Here is what actually separates them.
- How the pigment goes in. Microblading is done by hand. Your artist dips a fine blade into pigment and draws your brow one stroke at a time, building the shape gradually. Powder brows are done with a permanent makeup device and an ultra fine needle that deposits pigment in tiny dots. The result is a soft, filled in look similar to brow powder, which is exactly where the name comes from. You may also hear powder brows called ombre brows.
- How long you heal. Microblading is the more invasive of the two. The blade goes deeper into the upper layers of the skin, and the first stage of healing usually takes about seven days. Powder brows heal faster and more easily because the pigment does not go as deep.
- Your skin type. Microblading tends to work best on dry to normal skin. On oilier or acne prone skin, the hair strokes still heal, but they soften and blur rather than staying crisp, and the pigment often does not hold as long. If that sounds like your skin, your artist will likely steer you toward powder brows. Newer techniques such as nano strokes have opened up more options for oily skin, so it is worth asking.
- The look you want. Microblading is what started the whole brow trend, and it gives the most realistic, natural result when you already have brow hair to work with. If you have very little brow hair or none at all, microblading tends to look artificial, and powder brows read as far more natural and flattering.
- How the results age. Microblading is built from crisp individual strokes. Every time those strokes are gone over again they get a little thicker, and after enough touch ups they start to blur into a solid shape. Powder brows fade more gracefully between appointments. Most people need a touch up every two to three years.
One thing worth saying plainly: every touch up is a tattoo, and every tattoo creates a small amount of scar tissue. Some artists recommend yearly touch ups because it is steady income. We do not. We would rather your brows still look good in ten years.
Does it hurt?
Most people are surprised by how manageable it is. A topical numbing agent is applied to the area several times throughout your appointment, so what you feel is closer to pressure than pain.
That said, everyone's comfort level is different, and some people feel more than others. Most clients compare it to having their brows waxed or threaded. If you are on your period, your skin will likely be more sensitive than usual, so it is worth keeping that in mind when you schedule.
Am I a good candidate?
Permanent brows are not right for everyone, and we would rather tell you that up front than take your money.
Permanent makeup is likely not a fit if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have any of the following:
- Overly sensitive skin
- An allergy to topical anesthetics
- Severe acne
- Keratosis
- A history of keloid scarring
- Psoriasis or eczema on the face
- Overly dry skin
- Iron deficiency
- Previous permanent makeup that has not faded enough
There are other health conditions and medications that affect whether pigment will heal properly. Your consent forms cover those in detail, and your artist will go over anything that comes up before your appointment.
How long does the appointment take?
Plan on an hour and a half to two hours.
The first fifteen minutes are spent on paperwork, photos, and a real conversation about shape and color. Your artist then maps out your brow shape and shows it to you for approval before any pigment goes in. Nothing happens until you are happy with what you see in the mirror. Numbing is applied right before the procedure begins.
Will my brows be perfect?
No, and anyone who promises you perfect is not being straight with you.
Faces are not symmetrical. Yours is not, and neither is anyone else's. Permanent makeup is an art form applied to living skin that heals in its own way. What you should expect is brows that suit your face, look natural, and make getting ready in the morning easier.
The best thing you can do is look at healed work from your artist, not just fresh photos, and make sure their style is one you actually like.
I have had my brows tattooed or microbladed before. Can you fix them?
Possibly, but we need to see them first.
Please do not book an appointment online. Contact us and send clear photos of your existing brows with no makeup on. Depending on how dark the old pigment is and how it has aged, some work needs to fade or be removed before we can put anything new over it.
We want to know we can genuinely improve your brows before you spend money on an appointment.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need two.
Color always looks dramatically lighter after the first week, and that is normal. Some people love it at that softness and stop there. Others want more depth. At your second session we look at how much color your skin held onto and adjust from there. Everyone heals differently and at a different pace, which is exactly why the second visit exists.
How long does it take to heal?
The surface heals in about fourteen days. The color takes roughly a month to fully settle.
There is no downtime. You can go back to work the same day.
What does the healing process look like?
For the first few days your brows will look darker, bolder, and bigger than you expected. This is the part that makes people nervous, and it is completely normal.
As they heal, they will lighten anywhere from 20 to 50 percent depending on which technique you had done. What you see on day two is not what you are keeping.
You will leave with detailed aftercare instructions. Following them closely has a real effect on how well your color holds, so please do not improvise.
Watercolor Lip Blushing

If your lips have lost color, look uneven, or you are tired of reapplying lipstick all day, lip blushing gives you a soft, natural flush that stays. It is our most popular service in this method. Using a gentle numbing technique and a soft micro-shading process, we add just enough color to bring your lips back to life with a defined border and a natural tint. Swelling is minimal and temporary. Because the process works through microneedling, it also stimulates collagen and elastin, which softens the look of fine lines and leaves you with a fuller, more youthful pout.
What is lip blushing?
Lip blushing is a soft wash of pigment placed into the lips to bring back color, define the lip line, and even out tone. It is not lipstick and it is not meant to look like lipstick.
Think of it as your lips on their best day. It is the color you get right after you eat something spicy, except it does not wear off at lunch. Most people use it to restore color that has faded with age, to balance lips that are uneven, or to soften a lip line that has blurred.
Will it look like I am wearing lipstick?
Not if it is done well.
Healed lip blush looks like natural lip color, just better. It is noticeably softer than what you see in fresh photos online, because the color you see immediately after the appointment is the boldest it will ever be.
If you want a bolder result, tell your artist during your consultation. We can build toward more saturation at your second session. It is far easier to add color than to take it away.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe it as a strange, buzzy pressure rather than sharp pain. It is very manageable, but it is fair to say it is the most sensitive of the three permanent makeup services we offer. If you are on your period, you will feel more than usual, so schedule around that if you can.
I get cold sores. Can I still get lip blushing?
Please tell us before you book.
Any tattooing on or around the lips can wake up the cold sore virus, even if you have not had an outbreak in years. This is common and well documented, and it is manageable, but it has to be handled ahead of time rather than after the fact.
If you have ever had a cold sore, you will need a prescription antiviral from your doctor to take before and after your appointment. Talk to your provider about it, and let your artist know so we can time everything correctly.
If you have an active cold sore, we cannot work on you that day. Please reschedule.
How long does it last?
Most people get two to three years before they want a refresh.
Lips fade faster than brows or liner. The tissue regenerates quickly, and everything you do with your mouth all day works against the pigment. Sun exposure, smoking, exfoliating lip products, and how much water you drink all play a part in how long your color holds.
What does the healing process look like?
Lips are the most dramatic of the three services to heal, so it helps to know what is coming.
Days one and two. Swelling, and color that looks far more intense than what you asked for. This is normal and it is temporary.
Days three through five. Dryness and flaking, similar to a bad chapped lip. Do not pick at it. Peeling pigment off early is the fastest way to lose color.
Days five through ten. Your color will seem to disappear almost entirely. Nearly everyone panics at this stage. Do not. The new layer of skin is simply covering the pigment, and it is still there.
Weeks three and four. Color comes back, softer and more natural than it looked on day one. This is your real result.
Judge your lips at four weeks, not at four days.
How many sessions will I need?
Plan on two.
Lips take pigment unevenly on the first pass, and it is normal to end up with patchy spots or areas that healed lighter than others. The second session is where the color evens out and gets its depth. It is not a sign that anything went wrong. It is how the service is designed.
How long is the appointment?
Plan on two to three hours.
Lips take longer than brows or liner because we spend real time on numbing, on mapping your lip line, and on getting the color right for your natural tone. Your artist will show you the shape and color and get your approval before starting.
I have lip filler. Does that change anything?
Yes, and the timing matters in both directions.
If you have had filler recently, your lips need time to settle before we tattoo them, so we know we are working with their true shape. If you are planning filler after lip blushing, give the tattoo time to heal fully first.
Let your artist know what you have had done and when, and we will build a schedule around it.
Can lip blushing lighten dark lips?
It can help, though it works differently than most people expect.
Lip pigment does not lighten skin the way a bleaching product would. What it does is neutralize tones and even things out, which makes lips look brighter and more uniform overall. Naturally deeper lips take more than one session and require an artist who understands neutralizing.
Bring photos of results you like to your consultation, and your artist will tell you honestly what is realistic for your lips.
Who should not get lip blushing?
Lip blushing is likely not a fit if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have any of the following:
- Overly sensitive skin
- An allergy to topical anesthetics
- Severe acne
- A history of keloid scarring
- Psoriasis or eczema on or around the mouth
- Iron deficiency
- An active cold sore, or a cold sore history without antiviral medication in place
- Previous lip tattooing that has not faded enough
Your consent forms cover other health conditions and medications that affect healing, and your artist will go over anything that comes up before your appointment.
Lash Enhancement
$475
If you want your eyes to look more awake without anything that reads as makeup, this is the most natural option. We place pigment right between the lashes along the lash line only, so your lashes look denser and your eyes more defined, with no visible liner. Subtle, natural, and perfect when you want just a touch more around the eyes.
What's the difference between microdermabrasion and a chemical peel?
Microdermabrasion physically buffs away the top layer of skin. A peel uses a solution to renew it. Both improve texture and glow, and your esthetician will pick what suits your skin.
How often should I get a facial?
About once a month is a good rhythm, since that lines up with your skin's natural renewal cycle. For a specific concern, your esthetician might suggest a short series to start.
Will my skin be red afterward?
Some treatments cause mild redness that fades quickly. Your esthetician will tell you what to expect and how to care for your skin, so you can plan around any events.
Which facial is right for my skin?
You don't have to know, that's our job. Book a customized facial and your esthetician will look at your skin and recommend the best treatment in person.
Shadow Top Liner
$575
If you love the "wake up made up" look, this is the upgrade. Shadow top liner combines the lash enhancement with a soft top liner, then adds a soft, blended shading above the lashes and onto the lid for real depth and definition. Want a little extra flair? A wing can be added. This is eyeliner that never smudges, never fades by noon, and is always even on both sides.
What does the healing process look like, and how does the color change?
For the first few days your liner will look darker and thicker than you expected. It softens considerably as it heals, usually lightening 20 to 40 percent from how it looked when you walked out of the studio.
Here is the part people are not always told up front: permanent liner always heals to a soft charcoal, never a true black. Once the new layer of skin forms over the pigment, that translucent layer softens the color. It is the same reason a black body tattoo always settles into a gray black rather than staying jet black. This is expected, and it is what makes healed liner look like liner instead of a harsh line.
You will leave with detailed aftercare instructions, and following them closely makes a real difference in how your color holds.

We start by talking through thickness, shape, and how far you want the liner to extend. Numbing is applied and given time to work before anything begins. Nothing gets started until you have seen and approved the plan.
Does it hurt?
Less than most people expect, given that it is near the eye.

The eye area also comes with a few of its own considerations. If you wear contacts, have had recent eye surgery, use lash growth serums, or have any ongoing eye condition, please mention it before you book. Your consent forms cover the rest, and your artist will walk through anything that comes up.

The liner heals in about fourteen days, and the color takes roughly a month to fully settle.
Expect some mild puffiness the first day or two, which is normal for the eye area. There is no real downtime, though you will need to skip eye makeup, swimming, and heavy sweating while the area is healing. Your aftercare sheet covers the full list.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need two.
Color looks noticeably lighter after the first week, which is normal. Some people prefer that softer result and leave it there. Others want more definition. At your second session we look at how much pigment your skin retained and adjust the thickness and depth accordingly.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Permanent makeup appointments are long, and they are reserved for one person at a time. When a spot goes unused on short notice, it almost never gets filled. That is why we ask everyone to book the same way, and why we hold to it consistently.
If you need to change your appointment
Life happens, and we would rather move your appointment than have you skip it. Here is how that works:
- Give us at least 48 hours notice and we will move your booking fee to your new date. You get one transfer.
- If you need to move it a second time, a new booking fee is required to hold the new date.
- If you cancel your appointment altogether, your booking fee is forfeited.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, or you do not show up, the card on file will be charged the full price of the service.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not have enough time left to complete your service safely. In that case the appointment will be rescheduled and your booking fee is forfeited.
None of this is meant to be rigid for the sake of it. It simply protects the artist's time and keeps appointments available for the people waiting on one.

Your booking fee
A booking fee of 50 percent of your service is due when you schedule. It is not an extra charge. It applies directly to the price of your service, and you pay the remaining balance the day of your appointment.
Booking fees are not refundable. We book several weeks out, and when we hold a block of time for you, we turn other people away for it.
