Hello! I'm Kristy Osburn, a Licensed Massage Therapist with a dedication for helping others find healing and balance through touch. I started my professional career in healthcare and spent 15 years working in Medical Billing and Coding. In 2018, I graduated from Birmingham School of Massage and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. I also hold certifications in Prenatal, Hot Stone, and Lymphatic Massage. I believe Massage therapy can heal and balance the body. I use a combination of Swedish and deep tissue techniques to create a relaxing and therapeutic treatment that is uniquely customized to your healing experience. I’m trained in a variety of techniques and modalities, with a special focus on prenatal, postpartum care as well as chronic pain relief and headaches. Whether you’re navigating the changes of pregnancy, recovering after birth, or dealing with ongoing tension, my goal is to meet you where you are and support your body in a way that feels both effective and long-term.
